Lisa, our friend Missy and I went out and watched the Perseid meteor shower last night. We drove about 30 miles out of town to get away from the light pollution. We found a nice spot along a dirt road and enjoyed some nice cold ones and relaxed. We saw a lot of really great "shooting stars" and also saw the international space station orbit twice. At least that's what I think it was. Second best meteor shower I've seen. Looking forward to tonight since it should be even better as long as the sky clears up.
